I really needed serious yard help- overgrown lawn/weeds/bushes everywhere and i had no idea where to start- these guys responded in just a few hours and they came over the same day to look over my property! Three days later they came and did SERIOUS WORK! It was amazing! They really care about the work they do and they made my property look better than I could have imagined. They are VERY kind and genuine men and they even sent me a message when they were on their way the day of the project. I hope to use them for as long as I can! Thank you so much! :):):)

Ken contacted me about my tree job. It was a very large pine next to my cabin. He Took the time to ask questions and collect information about the job. He offered several solutions to keep costs down and showed up on schedule to do the work. He did a great job dropping the tree and cutting/disposing of it. He grinded the large stump as asked and even grinded one more in back of cabin as a courtesy/no charge. I will definitely be using Ken again and highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
AK 24/7 offer's 4 mowing packages for both residential and commercial properties. Residential mowing packages start at $50 a acre once a week for approximately 20 weeks second mowing package is $70 a acre once a week for approximately 20 weeks. Third mowing package is $100 a acre once a week for approximately 20 weeks. The fourth package is our deluxe package for $130 a acre once a week for approximately 20 weeks. Commercial mowing packages start at $150a acre once a week for approximately 20 weeks. Second package is $200 a acre once a week for approximately 20 weeks. Third mowing package is $250 a acre once a week for approximately 20 weeks. Fourth mowing package is $300 a acre once a week for approximately 20 weeks is our deluxe package. Spring cleanups for Residential customers start at $300 a acre, Fall cleanup start at $400 a acre. Commercial Spring cleanup start at $600; a acre, Fall cleanup start at $800 a acre. We charge separate for Hauling debris, Residential is $100 per load, Commercial is $200 per load. All Landscaping, Hard Scaping, Hedge trimming services are onsite estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to the customer through Thumb Tack, once we do that we receive the customers phone number. We then contact the customer over the phone. Once we have spoken to the customer we meet with the customer and go over the project that the customer is looking to have completed and answer any questions the customer may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my nephew Alan Riley have been in the Lawn care Landscaping Hard Scaping industry for 20 plus years. We have only been in business for the past 6 years. We don't have any special training or education we learned the Lawn care Landscaping Hard Scaping business from the ground up school of hard knocks lol.
