Words cannot express enough my gratitude to Joe and Rich for taking on a job last minute due to a previous contractor not showing up . Time was of essence and L.S Construction Unlimited came through in the clutch. With a move in date near the below is what I needed prior to moving in my new house. Dishwasher installed ( Cabinet had to be framed out and placed on its own circuit. Ring Door Bell and Flood light installed.(Wired) Recessed lighting throughout the whole house( this required Joe accessing a crawlspace to run new wire and install lights) . Drywall and mud work on some walls. Mount 4 Large TVs and install outlet behind the TVs. Switch out light switches to Dimmer switches . In the coming Days L.S construction will be installing luxury vinyl flooring in the bathroom and a rail system , leading to my finished basement . If you want a reliable company who actually show’s up and not play games with you , I’d highly recommend L.S construction unlimited. Joe knows what he’s doing and did the job with the upmost respect for my house . Joe’s communication is top notch which makes things easier. I won’t be seeking any other company for my housing repair needs! Thanks Joe !
