Commercial customers: We are flexible. We can provide supplies, or we can utilize existing, all of which will be spelled out in our commercial contract. The Cleaning Folks (dba FingerlakeFX, Inc.) is incorporated in and registered with the State of New York. All of our prices are "+ tax". We maintain and meet all of the filing requirements for service professionals doing business in the state of NY.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First and foremost check to see if the Cleaning Service is insured and registered with the State. Ask if they charge tax; if not -- RUN!!! If a cleaning business doesn't charge tax for residential customers then they are not in compliance with state and local laws and that should be a red flag.
