My pricing is aided from the 2025 construction software in the area. This AI software generate material, labor, and going price in new York state. My price is fair, affordable and validated. My price is my price. Thanks
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One: Communication via text or voice call to arrange an on-site estimate. Two: We meet and discuss the customer needs, wants, and don't wants. Three: I type up the contract and deliver it for signing. In person via text or email. Four: We start the work fast, efficiently and professionally. keeping the customer updated with daily progress. Five: We finish and confirm with the customer to make sure they're happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1999 I graduated from Woodstock job corp with a carpentry certification. 2010 I started working for an appliance repair company and was trained as an appliance tech. I've been in all phases of construction since 1999.
