Introduction: I don't offer a cookie cutter deal to my clients. I give the best quality work and only choose jobs from clients that are actually tasks I enjoy. For example, resume writing/coaching, career coaching, book editing, grant writing/editing...etc. I hold a Bachelors in English and have published work that I have helped other clients achieve in the marketplace. My service is one-on-one and like no other. What I enjoy most is when a client is able to submit their resume, find a job, or submit their manuscript, because of my help. It's something I like doing, so when we work together, it won't feel like drudgery, but rather like you are reaching your personal goals.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price things reasonably and make individual contracts depending on what our clients' needs are and the size of the job. It's all about value. I'm adaptable and easy to work with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to send a quote based on the information they have given me. Then, if they decide to hire me, I will send a message saying let's get started and can we chat on the phone. The phone call is the place where I explain my process more in depth and get information from the client about exactly what they need. From there, I usually take a deposit and we begin the task.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors in English from Russell Sage College. I take classes, blog, video blog, and use all social media to stay on top of the latest trends and changes in the field.
