- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
United Heating is very competitive. We don't have to charge much as we do not have a large overhead. We usually always work something out with the customer if they can not afford the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First an introduction, covid precautions are taken. Then the Tech will explain what he's about to do and what he is doing at the time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state does not require any education for HVAC workers. The best education is time on the job which all of our Tech's have at least 10 years each
