Mitch was responsible and responsive from the very start. He made an immediate connection about the work to be done and was clear and honest about what it would take. He completed the work on time and was communicating about the process throughout. His price quote was reasonable and he kept to it without an variations. He made sure all of the paperwork and inspections were timely and properly handled. We were without power for a minimum of time thanks to his planning.
