- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for a color service is determined by how much product I need to use to achieve the desired color/style. It depends on much or little hair the client has.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always attending hairshows. New trends are constantly developing and there is always something new to learn. Celebrity's and social media play a big factor in the latest up and coming styles, so it is very important to keep up to date on what they are doing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Lots of corrective colors (drastic from black to blonde) and wedding updos.
