I needed help fixing & finishing my LVP flooring project which I had initially (and unwisely) hired inexperienced & non-professional acquaintances to do. Right from the start, Vlad was incredibly helpful – putting my mind at ease & assuring me that he could help me finish this long-overdue project as soon as possible. He provided me with an accurate estimate for timing as well as an extremely fair & reasonable cost estimate. He came when he said he would and worked quickly & efficiently, but carefully & without rushing. I live in an old apartment with lots of structural issues & the subfloors were in really rough shape, but Vlad was able to fix & finish my LVP floors beautifully, as well as add perfectly mitered trim/molding. I was so impressed by his work and I’m so happy with my new floors. Vlad also re-did my old staircase with new pine treads & risers—it was a challenging project because the original stairs were in horrible condition & there are a few non-standard sized/shaped treads, but Vlad went out of his way to make sure I was completely happy with the finished product. I truly can’t recommend Vlad highly enough—he is hard-working, highly skilled, reliable, and fair. He’s also a genuinely delightful person & an absolute pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely be hiring him again for my future flooring & home improvement projects.

Vlad was an amazing contractor to work with who I would gladly hire again! From the initial conversation, he gave useful ideas and opinions and was very responsive. He was very friendly and professional. We hired him to install 12x24 tile in our shower and are very happy with how it turned out. Everything looks wonderful and he has great attention to detail. I highly recommend him for tile work!
