- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cleaning service price would include travel fee and hourly labor fee. For deep cleaning and move out, it would normally be for 2 people. For regular small cleaning, it could be done with 1 person. HVAC service price would include a service trip charge which is non refundable but may go towards labor cost if customer moves forward with the repair. After diagnosis, customer would be given a price for all repairs. Handyman or furniture assembly price would include a trip charge along with a set hourly price for installation. Painting price would include all tools needed for job, set hourly labor cost. Material is to be provided by client unless agreed upon
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I see a job, I would provide a bid for the job. Once he writes back that he's interested then I will get in more detail on how many people is needed for job. If he agrees to move forward then I will send him a text to ensure he is willing to move forward. Once the job is finished, all jobs have to be paid before leaving site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal training in HVAC. I graduated from vocational school in Manhattan called The Refrigeration Institute. I have over 10 years of experience. I have worked in apartment maintenance, commercial maintenance, along with residential and commercial heating air conditioning and refrigeration.
