What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During initial contact, Long Island Elegant Paint will schedule a day and time at your convenience to come do a free estimate for your project. Immediately after the estimate, you will receive a copy of the price for the job. At that point, you will then be able to make a decision on when you would like the project to be started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting in high end homes and penthouses for almost fifteen years prior to starting Long Island Elegant Paint. All employees with Long Island Elegant Paint have at least seven years of experience and have shown and proved their ability to do their job at a professional level.
What types of customers have you worked with?
At Long Island Elegant Paint, we have worked with all kinds of customers. We cater to commercial and residential, therefore, we have worked with business owners as well as home owners.
