We’ve ordered two event cakes from Patricia and both were one of a kind creations. The first, for my daughters 3rd birthday party, was a complete show stopper created uniquely for her. Tasteful design and not tacky, it was a chocolate cake with pudding inside and shaped like a bone (for our Paw Patrol theme). Little dog figurines and colors specific to my daughters favorite character gave her such delight. We also had a baptism cake done. A strawberry shortcake with the most beautifully decorated frosting and berries on top. Patricia always does something a little extra special and made two additional cupcakes in the same flavor and theme for both my daughters to have during the party. We love her cakes and look forward to many years of her special creations for our family events.

Patti was an absolute pleasure to work with as I planned my mom’s 75th birthday party. I showed her a picture of a cake I’d seen on Pinterest, and she brought it to fruition. I trusted her judgement completely...and I’m so glad that I did. Her suggestion to make the cake a pull apart cake with mini cupcakes was brilliant. It made it easy to serve in the restaurant. I’m also glad I entrusted the type of cake flavor to her as well. I would have picked the typical vanilla or chocolate, but she infused almond flavoring. The cake tasted as delicious as it looked—honestly one of the best taking cakes ever!!! The guests all went back for more. As for the cookies (used as favors)...what a work of art! Again, they tasted as good as they looked. She delivered the cake and cookies to the venue which was a tremendous help and time saver. My mom has always told me that most important ingredient when cooking or baking is the love that goes into it. Patti is the type of person that puts her heart, her soul, and an abundance of love into her culinary creations. Without hesitation, I will use her again for the next special occasion.
