Luis and his wonderful crew from Roldantas, namely Christina and Juan, did an absolutely outstanding job renovating our kitchen, from floor to ceiling. Luis and crew are perfectionists, and every minor detail was addressed with great care. Luis provided us with several suggestions that we had never even considered, and it made our kitchen even more beautiful and functional. We enjoyed having Luis, Christina and Juan in our home. They work with great skill as a team, and they really enjoy their work, as evidenced by their good natured banter, and laughter, that you can hear from them during the day. Luis went out of his way and came back to our home to address some minor repair work, without delay, even after we paid him in full. He said it was his obligation to make sure that his customers are always well served and happy. And it should be mentioned that Christina adds another dimension of vision and talent, and her sensibilities enhanced and fully complemented those of Luis and Juan. And lastly, their price for this large task was more than reasonable, and we certainly got more than we bargained for. Luis team did a great job renovating the Lower Level of my home. He kept me informed of all additional costs and offered options when he encountered issues. His team kept work area neat. Finished project timely. Has even kindly offered to help me install stair runner as a courtesy.

Luis and his team were fantastic! We worked with them to remove a bathtub and convert it into a walk in glass shower. They were responsive, communicative, quick and very clean. Luis kept us posted daily on his progress and next steps. He guided us towards making smart decisions. The final product turned out perfectly. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Luis, his son, and his crew did an amazing job finishing our walk out basement room. It went from decrepit, with glued-on 1960s shag carpet, moldy 70s paneling, and rotted doors and windows to an incredibly stunning room with white batten board patterns carefully and expertly measured and installed, vinyl wood plank flooring and an entirely new staircase culminating in curved stairs. This--the dankest room in the case-was designated as my (Mom's ) home office. Not one of my three sons or husband wanted to venture near. Let alone set up work stations there. Now, I'm the envy of my household and all that enter. It's sunny, clean, beautiful, with amazing carpentry, and thoughtful craftsmanship. Luis makes precision look easy; but that's because their professionalism is stellar. I worked on design magazines for 20 years including Elle Decor, AD, Traditional Home, and Martha Stewart Living--and Roldantas more than holds his own and his work could appear in any of these magazines.
