- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very very fair. I’m not here to become rich, but I am also not here to do free work. You will see I give the more fair price in comparison. ( you get what you pay for)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductions are important. I always offer the customer food/drink before I arrive, and I let the customer know that they are in charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The union sent me to electric school for about 4 years so I received proper training.
