Ray and his crew were exceptional. They installed my ceiling tiles along with added recessed lighting. Ray was a pleasure to work with and really listened to my questions/concerns. He was always responsive and followed through with his commitments. His price was very reasonable.

Ray, the owner, provided a contractor, Mark, to complete a very particular ceiling fix... the work was done very well. The only downside to the entire process was communication. Took over a month to get the job completed that only took 3 hours overall to fix. 2 hours the first visit and then 1 hour the second visit. Was charged for 2 visits even though it was the contractor’s call to come back a second time to make sure the ceiling sealer was dry and good to go. Very satisfied with the outcome of the fix but the communication between ray, his contractors and the clients need to improve. Should have been charged the original quote... considering we provided our own wood to create a shim to lift the ceiling up. We had that wood lifting the ceiling up for over a month while we waited for a contractor to come finish it off... meaning our living room was unusable for over 3 1/2 weeks. Great to have the ceiling level again and need to paint over the screws ourselves. Overall would give this 3 out of 5 stars and the contractor was very nice and loved that I could pay via Venmo.
