- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by Type of affair, Place of affair, how many guests attending, dates & Times. Formal affairs such as a Wedding are obviously more then say a backyard party. Most of our pricing is set to book the job, we do not inflate the pricing. Our team of professionals are paid well to do what they do and they pride themselves on return business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend the customer fill out a "Contact Us" form on our website for an accurate quote. Then here is the process: 1. We will contact the client to go over specific needs 2. Once the customer has chosen services they would like we ask the client fill out a Client Information Form 2. Client pays a small deposit 3. We send the client a contract (They review the contract, if everything looks good they DO NOTHING) 4. 30 days BEFORE the affair we will send the client an email asking for your musical selections Thats it, it is as simple as that!!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of affairs from Weddings, Sweet sixteens, Mitzvahs, to school dances and corperate events. No matter what the size, there is no party too big, no party too small.
