We got our septic tank pumped for the first time living with a septic and we had wonderful service. Our technician was Wes, and he was very knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Since this was our first service, he explained the process to me, educated me on what is good and bad for my septic and guided us on proper maintenance. The price was very competitive, out of 5 separate companies I have called they beat the price out of all of them. Our appointment was between 8-12 and he arrived around 11. I was able to call on the day and find out a more detailed time of arrival which was accurate. Will use again in 2 years or if any issues arise.
