- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique and with hundreds of styles, colors and materials to choose from there are just too many variables to have a standardized pricing system. We would be happy to quote your project exactly as you want it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each project typically starts one of two ways: either our client stops into our office to look at our displays and gather some information or our client will call the office to setup an onsite estimate with one of our fields reps. New installation quotes come at no cost to the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our technicians receive in-field training and only our most seasoned, qualified employees are elevated to "Foreman" status. Our foremen must have years of experience and are not only technically qualified, but must be able to communicating with the client to make sure their needs are fulfilled.
