I started with Danny about 6 years ago when I was 52. At that time I had played guitar for many years, but never sang a note. Never karaoke, nothing. I had zero singing ability. With hard work and Danny’s lessons I’ve learned how to turn my voice into an instrument. Now I’ve not only sang karaoke, but I’ve also sang open mics and solo acoustic gigs which I thought would be impossible for me to do before I started this journey. Now I’m even singing harmony with other singers which I also thought would be impossible for me to accomplish. Danny is a kind soul, with a wealth of vocal knowledge. No matter what genre you’re looking to sing or what your goals are I’m confident Danny will help you get there. I found Danny through an internet search and I’m so very grateful for that.

Dan is an awesome vocal instructor. When I started taking voice lessons two years ago, I was having issues with hitting notes in the higher range. Dan suggested the likely cause and after seeking medical attention to address, Dan helped me to achieve my full vocal range again. Dan’s knowledge of the vocal instrument is amazing. He has taught me so much about the voice and the proper singing techniques. My singing voice has greatly improved and this in turn has increased my confidence in singing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know about them and their voice through a brief discussion, after which the new student sings a piece that they had prepared for me, and then we discuss what I hear and see, and how I can make them a better singer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides a BFA in music, and 23 years of private study , I have an extensive background in anatomy and physiology, having had assisted in numerous study’s of the voice w several top otolaryngologists. Not to underestimate the 4 decades u have as a professional singer. .
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always loved singing , so much so that when I wasn’t able to achieve “ rock star” status, I began teaching as to be around music and the singing voice.
