- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices will vary based on destination. Single-destination International trips do not have a fee. Domestic travel and Multi-stop itineraries start at $150 per couple. We do offer payment plan options for trips more than 45 days in advance and are able to match most prices you see online! We work extra hard to make sure you get the best prices available and find the perfect options for your trip. In most cases, we can match the price you see online if you find it lower!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because we like to get to know how our customers like to travel, We schedule a complimentary first call so we have time to ask a lot of questions about how you imagined this trip and like to travel, such as where you have been before and what you like to do. We want to make sure we give your trip detailed attention, making it perfect for you. Then, we do the research and will send you numerous quotes and options based on our initial discussion after a set amount of time -usually 24 hours - and narrow down options with you. We go back and forth as many times as needed until we find the perfect vacation, including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and travel insurance. We then ask for all your necessary information to book the trip for you and take care of getting everything finalized. Once everything is holding, we send you all the confirmations for approval and send you a payment link for the first payment. Final payments for most trips are due 45 days before the trip. After final payment, we monitor the trip for any changes and take care of making any reservations you may want. We send final travel documents about a week before travel and provide 24/7 support while you are traveling. We are here for you every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the travel industry for over a decade. There is constant destination training and educational trips we all participate in. Our agents attend destination and resort training on a regular basis, including destination and resort visits, to make sure we provide you with the most up-to-date knowledge on each of our specialized locations.
