- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the quality of design, materials, and execution we deliver. Every project is different, so we provide a customized estimate based on scope, design needs, and finish selections. We don’t offer discounts — instead, we focus on creating long-lasting, well-planned spaces that are worth the investment. If the project is more complex, we may recommend a paid consultation to develop a full scope of work and materials list — especially for full apartment, kitchen, or bathroom remodels.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short conversation to understand your goals, space, and overall vision. From there, we can schedule a walkthrough (virtual or in person) to review the layout, take measurements, and discuss ideas. Once we understand the scope, we’ll put together a tailored design plan — including layout suggestions, finish/material options, and a clear outline of the work involved. For larger projects, we may provide a moodboard and a recommended materials list to help guide the look and feel. From planning to execution, we stay closely involved to ensure every detail meets the vision — and the result is a space that truly fits your style and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied interior design in Europe and have nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling and project development. Over the years, I’ve worked on everything from full gut renovations to detailed layout planning, finish selection, and custom built-ins. My focus has always been on blending design with function — and delivering results that stand the test of time, both in style and construction quality.
