  Our initial consultation is free, yep you got that right its FREE!!! We believe that transparency is key to a successful partnership, particularly when it comes to pricing. Here are some important considerations as you evaluate our services: 1. Our Pricing Structure: We’ll clearly outline whether we charge a flat fee for specific services or bill on an hourly basis. We aim to prevent surprises and ensure you fully understand our billing. Please refer to our Profile Photos For the Full Service Accounting Plans. 2. Services Included: We’ll clarify what services are included in any quoted price and will transparently communicate any additional charges for extra services, if applicable. 3. Discounts: We value our clients and offer discounts when applicable, such as for new customers, bundled services, or client referrals. We’re happy to discuss these opportunities with you. 4. This includes setting up your secure account on our platform, where you can upload and access your documents. 3. Document Submission: You’ll securely upload your necessary financial documents to our platform. We’re always available to assist or answer any questions you may have during this process. 4. Service Execution: Depending on your needs, we will carry out the agreed-upon services, whether that’s tax preparation, accounting, or financial consulting. We use state-of-the-art accounting software to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 5. Regular Updates: Throughout the process, we’ll provide regular updates on our progress. If we need more information or documents from you, we’ll let you know promptly. 6. Review & Finalization: Once we’ve completed our work, we’ll review the outcomes with you to ensure everything is clear and accurate. We can answer any questions you may have, and only when you’re completely satisfied will we finalize the process. 7. Ongoing Support: After finalization, we’re not going anywhere.
