I would give Eric 10 stars if I could. He started and finished the project within a reasonable amount of time. He transformed my hideous living room walls into a room I now adore!! We will be using Eric for future projects!

Eric did number of projects (flooring, bathroom & kitchen renovations, etc…) at a few income properties that i have.
He did a great job and i loved his perfectionism & attention to details.
He treated the house as it was his own.

Eric's attention to detail is his forte. He communicated with me and exhibited flexibility when I wanted to make a few changes. He has an innate sense of design and proportion which helpful if you are having difficulty making decisions. I highly recommend E.L. Property Management.
