- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very reasonable with my pricing. Negotiating is always an option because I like to earn your business. There is nothing wrong about questioning the bid or asking for other ways to fix the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is asking questions to make sure we are both in the same page. I love being questioned to make my customer happy and comfortable to hire me to do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing remodels and rehabs for about 8 years with a brief pause due to joining the United States Marine Corps. After I received my honorable discharge I instantly went right back into it.
