What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Embroidery is very labor intensive procedure. It is not just putting a garment on a machine, sending design from a computer and pressing a start button! There is a process of setting up the design to make it so it will sew out properly and knowing what type of needles to use on different garments, knowing what type of stabilizer is needed for each type of fabric your working with and then there is the finishing process of hand trimming designs, folding and boxing and then delivering the goods.
