Introduction: I love working with dogs, the reason I became envolved and opened a business was the need for good grooming and overnight boarding in a cage free environment. Dogs love the interaction with people they want socialize with other dogs and be active during the day. A Tired dog is a Happy Dog! Our Grooming Facility offers a Stress free enviorment as well. Those Dogs that are cage agressive are not put into crates. Our facility is large enough to accomodate the special needs of all. Working with each individual dog and learning what their needs are. Each dog has its own personality and requires handling differently. Our staff enjoys working with the dogs, This is a fun place to work.

This place is awful. Do not take your pet here. The staff is lethargic, rude, impatient and unprofessional. I have taken my dog here twice and both times he returned with bruises and hurts. The first time he had bruises on his belly, nasty cut on his tail and scratches in the inside of his ear. This time he was returned to me with a nasty gash on his paw that has taken over a week to heal. His paw was bleeding for several days. The staff lied that he came in that way, his paws were dry, he was matted and so on....but after much yelling on our part, they admitted that it was their fault and it was an accident. A simple haircut should not be such a traumatic experience for the pet and the owner. Please do not take your pet here. These people need to be shut down. This place is awful. FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Working on dogs that come in after a long winter. Owners don't get it! If your dog has long hair it doesn't matter what time of year it is. Your dog requires maintenance. Think of yourself not bathing or washing your hair for 3 or 6 months. Your hair will matt up too. How do you think you will feel? Not very good I bet. Matting is very painful and so is dematting a dog. The best is to shave the dog down and let them grow out. Don't let this happen, if you love your dog you will take care of him.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't be afraid to ask questions. If you want to look at the facility ask. If the facility is not open for you to see behind the scenes than ask why?
