- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my prices are on par with services offered in my area. I do provide a discount for first time customers and an additional discount to those who use my services on a regular basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Using thumbtack can be tricky for some customers. After we discuss and agree on price/time I will reach out to the customer and provide a more direct form of contact via email or cell.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had years of photography experience as a press photographer in NY and having switched to offering other services, I've paid for advance courses for each service I am currently offering.
