- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule phone consultation to go over details (in-person meetings can also be made.) 2. Tour of the venue where the event will be held to determine setup needs. This is usually an excellent time to have the in-person consultation and also exchange ideas and go over details. 3. Communication leading up to the event to discuss any changes and confirm plans.
