- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a lot cheaper than the competition and we know it. This is one of the exceptions to the saying “you get what you pay for”. You will spread the good word about MyCube from your experience and will do more for our sales than charging exuberant prices to makeup for costly advertising. For that reason all first time customers get a very appealing price for the MyCube experience. It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the word about MyCube in the future.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually send the promo video and wait for the famous “oh that’s so cool!” From there we will answer any questions a client may have. We usually end up on a text message basis with most clients and we’re around most hours of the day to respond as quickly as we can to any questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The great thing about MyCube is that all kiosks are made in house and all inflatables are custom made to tailor the MyCube experience. Tinkering, building and customization is at the heart of MyCube.
