Received a prompt call back. My Samsung top loader washer was going off balance with every wash. Needed suspension rods replaced. Keith kindly fitted me in same day, Friday after 5pm. He arrived with all the needed replacement parts. Friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient! Just ran a load! My washer is running like new! Thank You!! Will definitely be using Keith for any future repairs. Highly recommend him. Also after researching repair costs thought it would cost so much more than what I was charged! Thank you again!

Service Team is a life saver!!
