- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a range for my speaking and training fees. I customize most all of my seminars and always give a detailed proposal to my prospects that outlines the fees and details of the program
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work one on one with our clients and customize their seminars based on their needs and wants. We conduct a pre- seminar questionnaire that will help us develop our training for the client. Then, we provide a detailed proposal with all the topics of information that will be covered in that particular seminar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of creating "Customer experiences" for our clients. I have done this by helping create over 7,000 events, meetings and receptions. With this experience with all of these events, I have witnessed the behavior choices made by business professionals and how that behavior has affected their brand and the brand of their company.
