Bob is great! We contracted Bob(The Vation Group) to facilitate a workshop on "the customer service experience" for our 21 person office staff. We were impressed with his research, dedication to the "task at hand", and creative presentation. His "hands on" approach and "team development" style were excellent. Bobs talk at our retirement community was spot on. He presented some fairly common ideas (courtesy, respect, the golden rule) in ways I've never heard before. One department head admitted to me that he was planning to do work on his laptop during Bobs presentation but Bob captured his attention and held it for the full hour! We all, especially that particular department head, we very impressed and happy with Bob! In fact, we've invited him back for 3 more sessions!
