- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for veterans and first responders. I shop my competition and try to stay in the middle of the price range but offer superior quality. We do not have a show room or large overhead to pay for, so I’m able to be aggressive on price if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact, soft quote, schedule, complete the task, collect payment after completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
