- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do free estimates , And we are willing to work with the customer on any price they're all negotiable. We do have a $120 minimum. So if it's a super small job you can just expect the price to be a $120.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always ask a lot of questions and get into detail about the project so I can get a clear picture of what the new customer is envisioning . And also to not leave that job until that new customer is fully satisfied with the project done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of on the job hands on experience, plenty of osha certificates For safety. I myself have an associates degree in business, my husband and I both have high school diplomas also.
