- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With pricing, I try to be fair and reasonable to the customer. Usually price by the hour, travel, and nature of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a feel for what the customer really wants, then I explain how I would be able to accommodate them. If they like what is being offered, we arrange a meeting time to sit down and get contracts signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
