FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When working with Title Companies, I have a sheet that outlines my pricing by county and type of closing. If I am doing a general notarization, I can charge a fee of $5.00 per notarial act that is not an online notarization. The fee can be up to $25 for an online notarization. The law permits a reasonable travel fee as agreed upon by the notary public and the signer prior to the act. No additional fees may be charged in connection to the notarization. As a Mobile Notary, no more navigating traffic or adjusting your schedule – I come to you, at your preferred location and time. From application to closing, I ensure all documents are handled accurately and securely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified and background checked Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Agent. Having passed exams from both the National Notary Association (NNA) and The Loan Signing System (LSS) gives me the know-how to professionally navigate a signing. I also have prior experience in the fields of management, marketing and customer service. With a track record of successful signings and a reputation for precision, I guarantee that your documents are in safe hands. From the initial contact to the final signature, I provide a seamless and enjoyable experience!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My son started a loan signing service and offered me an opportunity to partner with him when I lost my previous job due to Covid. I haven't looked back since!
