Introduction: As a member of the National Notary Association, I have been a notary public for more than 15 years and certified for more than 10 years. I have also been a licensed real estate agent since 1994, and I specialize in selling residential investment properties. I always attended closings with my buyers, and I myself have purchased more than 50 investment properties as well as sold hundreds more. My years of experience have made me very familiar with all of the various documents that are presented for signature at the time of closing. I understand the stress and nervousness new buyers experience at the closing table, and I am very patient with each client. I make every effort to regularly attend meetings and training seminars to stay informed of the many changes that take place on a regular basis in our business industry. Being an independent contractor provides me quite a bit of flexibility with scheduling signing appointments, and I am willing to cover most any county in northeast Ohio where I may be of assistance.
