Coach Brian is worth every penny and then some. I struggled with my weight the majority of my life and I didn’t want to do yet another fad diet. I finally put my health and wellness as a priority and Coach Brian was a huge part of the beginning of my success. He was always available to chat or answer questions which helped me out soooooo much as I was learning about nutrition and incorporating it into my lifestyle. His perspective on nutrition didn’t make me feel overwhelmed & he made nutrition realistic & obtainable for me. I highly recommend Coach Brian!

First off I am a bit upset I could only pick 3 of the 5 options that I like working with Coach Brian about. I would have certainly selected all 5 if I could have. I want everyone to know what an amazing experience it has been working with Coach Brian! It has truly changed my life. I have been training martial arts for quite sometime and workout almost daily. I have felt that I was in good shape but never have quite felt healthy, and have never been able to see the results of my workouts. SO I set out for months researching on the internet and trying several different things as well as diets and while at times I lost weight, I never felt good. I spoke with several professionals and none of them heard what I was asking for. All of them wanted me to attend a circuit training or some online classes for exercise with a group of people and said they would provide me some nutritional advise. All except Coach Brian. Before I could tell him what I was looking for he sent me an introductory email telling me about who he is and what we would accomplish if he accepted me.....Yes, that's right accepted me. He is not all about the $! I felt like he had made this message specifically for me! My transformation started the day I began working with Coach. Not only is he a great guy but he genuinely wants to help "YOU" improve your life through health. I am a guy who knew absolutely nothing about nutrition and He "held my hand" so to speak to get me crawling in the right direction and in no time at all I was off to the races, all do to his continuous guidance . I could feel my body changing before I could see it! Within four days of eating properly and having 3 meals per day I started to have more energy and just felt all around better. Then after two short weeks I could already start to see the body making some pretty big changes....and this was from just eating properly. Again, NO Diet! Portion control and eating whatever I want as long as it fit within the daily number of calories and nutrient levels we set for me. Coach Brian's goal is to work with you and teach you how to live a healthier more productive life and lose weight and/or build muscle the right way! I am by no means a nutrition pro however I can tell you that in 4 weeks I felt I had gained a wealth of knowledge of what to put into my body. I went from Filling my body to Fueling my body by simply watching my nutrition. I was very nervous because I knew nothing about this and Coach has most certainly shown me the light. While Coach Brian can make a helluva difference in how you feel through what you put into your body and exercise, he can only lead you to the water, but cannot make you drink it! You must make the simple adjustments yourself and never lie as you will only be lying to yourself no one else. I encourage anyone who is tired of feeling like crap and seriously interested in making themselves feel better to reach out to Coach! I have only maybe left 2 reviews in my life other than this one, but felt compelled to leave this for Coach because of the significant changes he has helped me make in my life, and to tell anyone who wants to make a positive change in their life to contact Coach Brian Parana! You knew what type of student you loved working with and you showed up being a student that desires the results they are seeking. It's been exciting seeing you drop 15 pounds in under two months, seeing body definition in your abdominals, seeing performance gains in your workouts and martial arts workouts. Through your hard work and focus, we’ve had excellent conversations which have ultimately become easier and easier for us to communicate what proper nutrition is for your body and how to see more and more progress as you go! My fiancé and I signed up to work with Brian in the hopes of learning about portion control and making smart food choices so that we could lose some weight before our wedding (and dress shopping). We really enjoyed working with Brian. He provided an ample amount of resources during our time together. He was very responsive to our messages. The thing that we liked about Brian that we feel makes him stand out from others is that while we had success, his approach is also very sustainable and therefore we feel it’s something we will be able to maintain and not become yo yo dieters. It feels more like a lifestyle change than it does a diet. We never felt like our calories were restrictive. He’s also very realistic and realizes that there will be some days we fall off the wagon and that’s okay. He gave really great tips for navigating tough situations such as holidays or eating out as well as what are the best foods to eat before and after workouts. He’s very knowledgeable.

Brian has had to navigate the very different requirements and personalities of a couple when we hired him to work with us. One of us loves to work out and get into a strict routine. The other hates to work out and loves to be spontaneous. Brian has been responsive to our diverse needs and tailored his coaching both for exercise and nutrition to each of us. Not an easy task, but one he has accomplished...we both have steadily lost weight without it seeming like a dreadful thing! Brian has made the journey through weight loss feasible by teaching us the basic principles of good nutrition, asking for feedback about our experiences every day, and encouraging us to find balance in what works for both of us.

I sought out a nutritionist when I was truly at a standstill and unable to hold myself accountable as far as health and nutrition. I was a bit apprehensive at first because I had tried multiple other weightloss plans/diets that were super restrictive and just didn't work out long term - which ultimately made me feel very hopeless and lost. That all changed the moment I started working with Coach Brian, he helped me build healthier habits that were sustainable, realistic and effective. Coach Brian is truly and expert and has played a pivotal role in my weight loss journey. He provided me with the tools and resources that I needed in order for me to change my life for the better and adopt a healthier lifestyle overall.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First thing first is a phone call to see if we are a good fit for each other. I only work with people I believe I can help and are more than willing to put their share of effort towards the goal. Following the conversation, we then pick a date to start working together. We are off to the race to get to their goal as fast as possible. Quality coaching and communication are delivered along the way to ensure that you reach your goal.

    As a Health & Nutrition professional, I have been studying health, fitness, and nutrition since 1998. Some of my credentials include a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science/Nutrition, over 15 different certifications, and owning 2 gyms for 6 years. I have spent 10+ years specializing in remote/online coaching to create personalized individual nutrition, fitness and health solutions through sustainable lifestyle solutions you can maintain. I am required by my certifications to constantly learn new ways of training and refining nutrition strategies to help people lose weight or gain muscle.
