Brian was a great help. I started my 5 week program with him and already began to lose some weight. I then found out that I would need ankle surgery near the end of the 5 weeks. Brian helped me through figuring out how to keep being active and what my diet should be like through my recovery even though my 5 weeks were up. He was super responsive and always super positive during our calls. He was never judgemental which is what I was looking for in a nutritionist. Before I started with Coach Brian, I had no clue what I was doing and could never lose the weight. I didn’t know how to eat and thought I had to eat less. I was looking for a Nutritionist that could help me with that. I ran into Coach Brian’s page and seen how much people lost weight and the awesome reviews they received from him. I got encouraged and decided to work with him. Coach Brian is a dedicated person who will put all his time and effort to whatever you need and want to know. He answered all of my questions and sent me all the information I needed with the help of knowing how many macros and calories I needed specifically for myself. I ended up losing almost 4 pounds and 4 inches off my body and gaining some muscle too ! In only a couple of weeks. I was so happy ! Just being able to finally lose some weight and seeing progress! Brian was very helpful in putting together a practical meal plan and lifestyle choices to make it easier to stick to. It was easy to bounce ideas about what to do for particular situations like travel or time constraints. Brian was really responsive of questions and it was helpful having accountability. I was very skeptical about hiring a nutritionist but now that I did I wish I would've done this several years ago. Brian has helped me to think about my food intake in a much simpler way that is a much more real world approach than endless strict diets. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There are a number of different services I can offer from online training to private 1 on 1 training. It depends on your goals and what plan works best for you. We will go over in detail what will work best for your time and budget to get you started and meeting your goals as quickly as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First thing first is a phone call to see if we are a good fit for each other. I only work with people I believe I can help and are more than willing to put their share of effort towards the goal. Following the conversation, we then pick a date to start working together. We are off to the race to get to their goal as fast as possible. Quality coaching and communication are delivered along the way to ensure that you reach your goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am required by my certifications to constantly learn new ways of training and refining nutrition strategies to help people lose weight or gain muscle. I spend hundreds of dollars a year learning and educating myself to stay up with current information.
