Working with Brian has been a great investment in my health. I decided to pursue health coaching following some personal goal setting. Several times in the past I have resolved to focus on my health. But other priorities always seemed to trump. Necessity caused me to look at it differently. Over the past ten weeks I have been recovering from shoulder surgery, traveling for work, sold a house and moved to a new one, moved office locations…all the while, with Brian’s help I have dropped 17 pounds and am getting my stamina back following the surgery. I am not back to full physical activity yet, but I am feeling much better during the recovery due to better fuel choices. The shoulder issues were the result of arthritis, which is greatly irritated by inflammation. Eating better food and dropping weight has greatly reduced that concern, and I am not taking anti-inflammatory medications now. I feel better….bottom line. For me the secret has been accountability, and guidance to make better choices. That has come in great part due to the constant feedback I get from Brian. If my food choices were well intended, but off track, he will text me feedback on alternatives or strategies that could be better. Getting started took a commitment. But once we got going it has been easy. We talk on the phone once a week but probably communicate 50 times a week by text. He has great resources to assist in making better food choices. Eating at the airport, fast food restaurants, work dinners or social outings…each have been traps for me in the past. Make a commitment to yourself to do it. You will be glad you did.

Brian has done a remarkable job in guiding me through the changes I needed to make to my diet. As I am approaching 70, I realized I needed to focus on improved health and fitness. Brian's guidance in food selection and portions was very helpful. Although my goal was not weight loss, I have benefited in being 10 pounds lighter. His many recommendations around fitness were equally beneficial. If you are looking for a very hands-on approach, Brian provides a remarkable level of service. I would highly recommend him.

Brian is very detailed in his processes. He spends time understand where you are and you goals. He builds a good plan with hands on support and managing you to success. He was very good working through my vegetarian diet and creating protein options. Today I'm better in physical health and dietary knowledge.
