Only thing that was not on address was my apt number. And for some reason I received copy of both signed years documents, but he did not

I called Phil to make an appointment and he was able to accommodate my schedule and came the same week I called. He came over (which was very convenient!) and did my taxes and was able to tell me right away if I was getting a refund or have to pay. Got my taxes back a week later which he had electronically filed for me. Very nice man, very reasonable, and I would recommend him to others.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fairly Priced based on the amount of work performed. Form 1040 is $149 and other forms like Schedule C, D, and E are extra based on the amount of work needed to complete. We also prepare business corporate returns such as Parternships and Corporations starting at $550.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet clients that are local, and also receive client tax information via email or a secure Link.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal Education in Accounting and Tax at Stark State College, Walsh, University and Kaplan University. Also Registered with the IRS E-file program.
