Lisa came to the house for initial consultation, prior to starting services. Provided detailed description of services offered, answered all questions, and received a fair quote. Was able to start services within a week of signing contract. Received nice discount for purchasing a year of services at a time. Lisa and her staff are very friendly, professional, easy to work with. Very responsive to questions or concerns. Helped me find a window cleaner as well. Flexible schedule, which is a definitely plus! Have recommended to friends and family! Very happy with services. Detailed cleaning... as detailed as I would be Cleaning my home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For deep spring cleans I price it by square foot. I always meet with you first and then can give a accurate price. We do supply everything.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set an appointment to see the property and discuss what they would like to have done then will price the job and schedule the work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I love people. I have worked with many different people. I am very OCD, I have worked with people just like me, with people who hate to clean and will admit it, I also have worked with hoarders and cleaned their homes out, organized it, cleaned it and put it all back together. I love all types of people and I love my job.
