- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing does vary depending on where the booth will be set up ie...city, state, number in attendance. When we give a quote it's one price that is all inclusive of the entire event start to finish. There are no hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is as follows: 1. customer sends us via email some basic information we'll need for the agreement> 2. We email over the agreement. 3. Customer reviews and approves, if changes need to be made we make customer supplied changes. 4. Once customer approves agreement, pays deposit, and date is booked. 5. We keep things really simple just like it should be.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always enjoyed serving the event industry and photography in general. Serving the wedding/fun/party industry is a blast!! Where else can you go to work and have this much fun!! We're always laughing and having fun at every event. We're always looking for good honest people to join out team. No matter if you're looking to make some extra money on the weekends or purchase a photo booth we can make that happen for you. We build and sell our own line of photo booths as well as provide for an excellent source of part time income for those looking to supplement their day job income.
