I have 3 sets of vertical blinds in my family room. I was contacted by Gotcha Covered from using Thumbtack. With in one week the job was looked at, items found, and window fixed. We simply love our blinds. It was very challenging trying to decide if we wanted the Cadillac of blinds or the Maserati of blinds, b/c they offer such a great variety of blinds. I think what helped us choose Gotcha Covered Blinds opposed to the other company was Matthew and Ami's personable demeanor. They were not just trying to make a sell, they took the time to thoroughly explain and answer all of our questions.Yes this may be a part of the selling process, but you'd be surprised how many people don't really grasp this concept. Additionally, they offered unsolicited advice without realizing that it was that advice that helped us choose this company. The installer Todd was kind enough to come earlier than scheduled b/c I had a last minute appointment. Being flexible for customers is always a bonus. I would definitely recommend this company and who wouldn't want to use them, after all they offer a lifetime warranty on your blinds if they rip/tear or stops working. Most companies have a 2-5 year warranty. So what are you waiting for, call them already, I promise you won't be sorry.
