FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'd say, compared to other plumbers, I'm pretty fair with my pricing. I do offer discounts, mainly to veterans. So if you're a fellow vet, let me know and you get a discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time, I'll need to take a look at what's wrong before giving pricing (which I don't charge for). Once I've got a grasp on what the problem is and how I fix it, I'll give you a price, tell you what's wrong and let you give me the "green light" to start work. Once the work is done and I leave and, God forbid, the problem persists I'll come back out and fix it at no charge to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a plumber in the Air Force for 8 years. I went through a formal plumbing training school in the Air Force and got a LOT of on the job training. I got my Associate's degree in Mechanical and Electrical Technology through my plumbing training as well.
