Liam Murray came out to give a bath to shower conversion estimate. We were impressed with his presentation after his inspection and listening to what we wanted to do. He gave a us a full range of options to fit our budget .

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a package of materials and services to remodel your bathroom in 1 - 3 days. This includes tub replacement, tub to shower conversions, shower doors, flooring and vanities. We also offer walk-in tubs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an in home review of your project, we provide a guarantee price and start and finish most projects in 4 -6 weeks from signing a contract.
We offer financing for all our projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Five Star Bath Solutions is part of a national company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are local owners of the franchise in the Cleveland market. We have training and our installers are certificated to install our products. We are licensed Residential Building Contractors.
