After dealing with a few different companies that came out and didn't even bother to listen to us, we had a great experience with Five Star. They took the time to actually find out what we wanted, answered our questions completely, and educated us on the materials and installation process that would be used. After designing our walk in shower there was no high pressure like we got from the other guys. Super happy we decided to have them visit us!

We offer a package of materials and services to remodel your bathroom in 1 - 3 days. This includes tub replacement, tub to shower conversions, shower doors, flooring and vanities. We also offer walk-in tubs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an in home review of your project, we provide a guarantee price and start and finish most projects in 4 -6 weeks from signing a contract. We offer financing for all our projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Five Star Bath Solutions is part of a national company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are local owners of the franchise in the Cleveland market. We have training and our installers are certificated to install our products. We are licensed Residential Building Contractors.
