- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the project. We provide clear estimates before starting the work, and any additional work is discussed and approved in advance. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first discuss the project and review the customer’s goals. For larger jobs, we usually visit the property, inspect the work, and provide an estimate. Once the scope, price, and schedule are agreed on, we schedule the project and keep the customer updated throughout the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes mainly from years of hands-on construction and remodeling work. We have extensive experience with finish carpentry, framing, drywall, flooring, doors, trim, decks, fences, painting, and general renovations.
