- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique and we will work with the clients and their budgets to determine what will be amenable to the client and our team.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is to gather information and determine goals and objectives plus ROI for success. We do a great deal of listening and then develop a plan that is feasible, on budget and will meet or exceed the goals described.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for corporations for over 20 years and have had my marketing/PR consulting business for over 18 years. I have a BA degree in journalism/PR from The Ohio State University and have been a college instructor and an affiliate professor for Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.
