Introduction
It is my goal to make every client I work with the absolute best version of themselves. Whether that’s by losing weight or by getting stronger or by getting more confident in ones self. When working with me, you will know that you are receiving individualized training, as I am only 1/7 coaches certified in the 5th set methodology for powerlifting. In receiving this certification I worked with top powerlifting coaches at one of the best gyms in the nation (EliteFTS)

Working with Turner is both rewarding and fun. He plans ahead and he’s well prepared. That said, he’s flexible and willing to try different ideas. I feel like a partner in my routine, and he’s helping me meet my goals. Turner takes the time to explain his philosophy and why he chose a routine. He also takes care to explain how to execute a movement or a routine so I can be effective when working independently. Turner is a good motivator and he’s easy to work with. I’d recommend him to friends and family alike.

I enjoyed the different workouts and machines used during my experience with TAG Athletics. It allowed me to really learn proper form and what workouts targeted what muscles. Also TAG Athletics really pushed me to test my strength and endurance in my workouts. It really made me stronger and provided me with a solid base of knowledge when working out.

Turner, my Trainer, gave very clear instructions, showed me how to improve, listened to when I had issues with my back or wrists and adjusted workout accordingly. I would continue working out with Turner but I need to save some money for a while (2 kids in College is expensive). I would recommend Turner to others for sure. I have learned a lot and hope to continue the training on my own.

Turner was always willing to flex with my schedule when it came to working out. He held me accountable to a workout plan and gave me the knowledge I needed to maintain my weight loss. Each month we would discuss my fitness goals and he would come up with new fun ways to achieve them through our workouts. Overall I would highly recommend!
