FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For one-on-one training we have a few options. $30/ hour long training session when you purchase a package of 12 sessions, $35/ hour long training session when you purchase a package of 8 sessions, and $40 for a single hour long training session. We also offer small group training session (1-4 people) if you have someone that you want to share a session with, at discounted prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a discussion about goals as well as health and general history to find out more about the potential client. From there an initial assessment is scheduled where we do some baseline body measurements and fitness testing based on the clients goals. This is used to create an initial program, which will change as we get to know more about the client and as they progress. We also include monthly testing and reports (accessible to the client) to ensure progress is being made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AAS in Exercise Science and a BAS in Exercise Physiology. I am also certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and have an HKC Kettlebell Certification.
