Introduction: We offer personal training for a variety of fitness levels and ages. Starting with a fitness evaluation we design programs based on the person, current fitness levels, and goals. We have also just started a small group HIIT or (High Intensity Interval Training) class that meets two to three times a week.

My personal training sessions with Matt at Play-Train-Live over the past 2 1/2 years have been one of the best things I've ever done for myself. And the kettle bell classes are a great additional workout. Matt and CathyJo are professional, knowledgeable, and take a genuine interest in the well-being of their clients. I can honestly say that the increased strength and fitness I've experienced since going there has changed my life. Never think you're too old to start making those positive changes for yourself!

Matt is fun, encouraging, and reliable. His professionalism, extensive knowledge, and enthusiastic commitment to his work - and ultimately his clients - provides the perfect formula for success! It feels like torture many times. But I asked for strength and better balance and apparently it takes hard work on my part, too. :) Thanks for pushing me!

Matt is an amazing trainer! He spends an amazing amount of effort keeping up on fitness knowledge and making getting in shape fun!!!
