Introduction: Hello! My name is Derek Babcock, owner and founder of “ TLB Contractors “. I am a union carpenter out of local 171 in Youngstown Ohio, with almost a decade of a very vast array of construction knowledge under my belt. Specializing in, but not limited to, concrete, deck installation and wood framing. I am also skilled in French drains, driveway installation, heavy landscaping projects and tree removal. My company is insured, professional and punctual. We work with every type of property owner, family and special situation. More than willing to work with our clients to the best of our abilities. Being a local boy, born and raised in Hartford Ohio, our neighbors have always been like family. Which is why our clientele stays please with our work. From start, to clean up, we’re here to work.

Derek was super professional, easy to talk to, and did a great job for a price we were both happy with. Scheduling the estimate was quick, and he was able to start the job not long after that. The heat did give him some trouble with his equipment and some personnel at another site, so he had to return in order to finish up a couple things. But the heat isn't something you can control, and Derek handled it very well. Communication was fast as to when he could come to finish the job, and when he did return it was quick and looks amazing. Will definitely hire again!
