- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates vary by ceremony type, travel, and custom requests. I charge $0.65/mile for travel over 30 miles and $75 to attend a rehearsal (may increase with distance). I offer seasonal discounts, especially around the holidays! Let's create something beautiful that fits your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Process for Working with New Couples 💍 Once you book your special date with me, we’ll schedule a consultation to go over a detailed questionnaire and all the ceremony preferences. This helps me get to know you both and understand the unique vision for your big day. I’ll then create a personalized ceremony script—and custom vows, if requested—crafted just for you. You’ll have the opportunity to review and make edits, with unlimited revisions available up to the day before your ceremony. Throughout the process, you’ll have unlimited contact with me to ensure everything feels just right. On your wedding day, I will perform the ceremony, sign your marriage license, and return it to the appropriate county the same day to avoid any delays. Two weeks after your ceremony, I follow up to confirm that you’ve received your certified copy of the marriage license. I kindly request that you send me a photo of the certified copy for my legal records. I’m with you every step of the way—from “Yes!” to “I Do”… and beyond. 💕
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ordained through both Universal Life Church (ULC) and American Marriage Ministries (AMM), and I’ve completed officiant training through both organizations. I also have a strong background in writing and public speaking, which helps me create personalized scripts and deliver ceremonies with confidence and warmth. I’m very comfortable guiding couples through their special moment and making sure it feels authentic, meaningful, and smooth from start to finish.
